Patient with itching from 3 years. He is using allopathic medicine from 3 years but didnot resolve .
It's a tnea infection,ptn has not fallowed doctors advise and not visited for fallow up (I think ). T1.ablet-itra 200 od 2.tablet-pru 25mg hs 3.tablet-a to z .1-0-0 4.externa luliderm lotion and oz soap .all these at least for one month .
