Lichen planus
Patient with white patches on oral mucosa with burning sensation since one n half month , patient on responded to oral multivitamins and mouth paint , what shall be the probable diagnosis and treatment ?

As pt gave history of burning sensation and lesion is present as a white patch BILATERALLY Hence, DX: Lichen planus Tt: 1)Clobetasol : Orabase(adhesive) in the ratio of 1:1 - To be applied 2-3 times for 15 days. 2) A to Z (Multivitamin) OD X 1 month 3) Plenty of water

OSMF Rx placentrax+kenacort gel frequently Orally lycored 4000units bd Multivitamins supplements Abstain tobacco gutka etc
