It is a venous stasis ulcer may be dye to varicose veins supported by pigmentation Colour Doppler to see the venous valve incompetency which causes regurgitation or back flow of blood causing stasis . To treat the ulcer untill and unlees we treat the varicose veins causing stasis.

SUGGESTIVE. OF NON. HEALING INFECTED WOUND., ADVISABLE... COLOR. DOPPLER. STUDY CULTURE. AND. SENSITIVITY. TESTS POSSIBLY VASCULOPATHY

? VASCULOPATHY.. ? STASIS ULCER.. NEED'S.. BLOOD CBC CT BT PT.. COLOUR DOPLAR STUDY

It looks like a VARICOSE ULCER- as their lot of pigmentation around the ulcer - which favours varicose ulcer. Get a colour doppler study of lower limb vessels confirm varicose veins and unless varicose veins are not treated- ulcet will not heal
