Pedo case

4 yr old child has black stain on all teeth ,and chip off 51 and 82. Black stain problem is in there neighborhood also ,, all family members have black stain on der teeth ,,,, does this will impact on patient parmanent teeth !!! And what would be the preventive measures Chief Complaints black stains on every teeth ,,, and fragile teeth

Black stains are normal. Due to normal Chromogenic bacterias. If whole family is having this means it is normal flora of mouth. Go for regular cleaning. It will not cause any damage. Use only brush and polishing paste for scaling

If the problem is present in neighborhood as well, ask the parents to check the iron content in water. Fragility could be due to multiple reasons. Check parafunctional habits, if not found any, ask for OPG to get an idea about Regional odontodysplasia, dentin dysplasia.

Staining problem resolved after changing drinking water by neighborhood ,,, kid don't like tough food ,,,shall fragility present in permanent teeth if soo what would be precautionary measures
