A 45 years old lady with multiple skin lesion all over body.. annular to irregular shaped discrete often overlying plaques. Aggravated in last few days. Steroids, Abx and azovan, rituximab given.. Diagnosis and any other mode of treatment

Diagnostic :- Biopsy study Immunofluorescence Rx for Pemphigus vulgaris Cyclophosphamide + Steroid Pulse therapy need for 9 months Dexamethasone 100mg IV - 1st day Dexamethasone 100mg + 500mg Cyclophosphamide IV line - 2 day Dexamethasone 100mg IV - 3rd day For 9 month every month admitted for 3 days

Rituximab effect last for 6 months guaranteed but after that its doubtful Instead go for Dexamethasone cyclophosphamide pulse therapy in dermatology wards as remission is more with pulse therapy.
