1) PHIMOSIS.. 2,3,4) BALANOPOSTHITIS.. 5,6) NODULAR SCABIES.. NEEDS CLINICOPATHOLOGICAL EVALUATION FOR FURTHER MANAGEMENT
Needs further investigations and evaluation to conclude diagnosis and line of treatment. Cefriaxon 500 mg BD. Levocet 5 mg BD. Ibugesic plus TDS. Multi vitamin and antioxidants orally. Clean area with diluted betadin lotion and apply calamine lotion. Maintain nutrition hydration and hygiene till reports pours in.
