LOOKS LIKE PENOSCROTAL TRANSPOSITION. ITS A RARE CONGENITAL ANOMALY OF GENITALIA. OTHER CONGENITAL ANOMALIES OF INTERNAL ORGANS ARE TO BE RULED OUT. I HAVE SEEN A CASE DURING MY TRAINING PERIOD IN SAFDARJUNG HOSPITAL, NEW DELHI.
