Physiotherapy protocol for chronic ACL tear and medial meniscal tear!

Patient had a fall 3 years ago on her right knee after which she has locking and popping sensations in her knee joint. Occupation- She's a homemaker. Chief Complaints Chief complaint- locking and popping sensation felt while walking and sitting down in cross legged position. Pain then appears on the ant aspect of knee which is relieved by rest only. History 24/F had a fall with her right knee flexed 3 years ago.Went to chiropractioner immediately who set her knee and she was alright. Physical Examination Knee ranges were full. Half wall squat was painful. Muscle strength- Quads, hams were good. Gait- normal. Investigations MRI was taken that showed: Full thickness ACL tear and Grade 3 medial meniscal tear. Diagnosis Can be treated with Physiotherapy or is surgery needed? Kindly share the views and management.

Arthroscopic repair of ACL, If ACL is absorbed then reconstruction needed... Physiotherapy needed post surgery...
