Pigmented lesions on anterior gingiva

Chief Complaint A 28 y/o male Complains of these pigmented lesions on the anterior mandibular labial gingiva on the left side. History History dated back to 1 year but recently noticed change in character and rapid growing size. He complains of mild pain in the area. He smokes 2-3 cigarettes/day. Investigations Multiple well-demarcated pinpoint-sized brown macules noted it 31-32 on examination. No lymphadenopathy. Mild calculus present Diagnosis Please comment.

Yes,it's a mucosal malignant melanoma Apart from that there's generalized periodontitis Advice to quit the habit Oral prophylaxis once in 6months is a must Flap surgeries if required Maintenance of oral hygiene is a must. Biopsy & excision of melanoma Followed by OHI follow up after a week
