Plantar fasciitis management through ayurveda...???

age..28 female swelling ×6months and pain both feet same position and swelling diameter is same...plz drx

36/y/o man presents with pain in his left heel since 6 momths. He works at a factory as labour worker and often experiences pain while working. The patient notes that the pain is worse in the morning when he first gets out of bed. He has been taking NSAIDs but they do not help relieve the pain. Lateral X-ray of the left foot is obtained Please help in diagnosis? Is this plantar fasciitis?
