Sir - These look like urticarial rashes His TLC is significantly raised to 18,700 with neutrophils - 90% - indicative of bacteremia. Please tell a brief history in addition to urticaria. Also Meanwhile give him Tab Fexofenadine 180 mg O.D Tab Deflazacort 12 mg O.D Tab Cefuroxime 500g B.D for 5 days Also give a stat dose of Albendazole
