Pls describe patient in having headache for last year suggest me treatment
No details regarding head ache. However the MRI brain report mentioned mild prominence of bilateral lateral and 3rd ventricle with normal 4th ventricle.MRI report is not suggestive of significant obstructive hydrocephalus .Needs more history to decide the nature of headache.

Mild supratentorial ventriculomegaly. Possibility of mild degree of aqueductal stenosis to be evaluated. Go for csf flow study. Once diagnosis is reached treat accordingly
