A 12 yrs M having this sort of lesions since 4 to 5days back. No itching, no Burning, no oozing. Pls give ur Valuable suggestions

having this from 2 monts in start it was only 1..then aftwr sometimea it goes to multiply... kindly pls diagnose it and give a suitable treatment. thanx.
