15yrs/M this types skin lesion both sides of thigh diagnosis and treatment (modern medicines also)

Patient presented with these lesions over the upper chest and have round, red areas in addition to slight scaling. Whats diagnosis?

32 year old male presenting with bilateral erythematous indurated plaque of 10 days duration. Lession is itchy and burning in character. Patient is not diabetic or hypertensive.

53 year old female who presented with “itchy scalp“ three weeks ago. Papular lesion near left temple appeared a day after. Scattered smaller lesions throughout scalp. Patient denies changes in hair dyes/shampoos/face wash/laundry detergent. There are no lesions elsewhere, no known family history of psoriasis. Patient has no known allergies and denies recent med changes. She has been using head and shoulders but switched to another. Which diagnosis does this presentation seem most consistent with?
