Seems to be Dupuytren's Contracture. May cause painful modules of the palm of hand or painless thick bands may eventually make it impossible to extend the fingers. Get Ultrasound and CT for confirmation. Thank GOD.

This is a typical vatrakt patient with all signs of vatrakta , keeping gout aside once read vatrakta from granth and then go for treatment . Do not mix gout with vatrakta , here you will require aampachan- Ras raktapachan later basti chikitsa and then Bala guluchi , kaishor guggul , rasnasaptak , and some daha shamak but aushadhi that are also pachak like shatavari , amalaki, triphala, for instant pain relief erand oil with sunth kashay and raktamokshan with jalauka will work well
