Poland Syndrome

Patient came with complaint of pain in right side of chest and shoulder since few years. Spot diagnosis. Update: X ray was normal. Pectoralis major and minor absent on the right side. Provisional diagnosis: Poland Syndrome.

Advised x-ray chest. Flattened chest on Rt. Side.Rt.shoulder joint sagging.

Poland syndrome . Absence of pectolaris major should be looked for .

Check scapular muscles and winging of scapula

Right sided chest and shoulder are visibly underdeveloped. May be a syndromic anomaly

Get done xray

Ur correct sir it's a Poland Syndrome but needs to evaluate for other associated deformities

Right side chest looks flattened with crowding of ribs.? Collapse. Need a chest xray to look for lung patholgy and rib cage.
