Need advise for post operative care - ORIF of Right proximal tibia  after 4 week in COViD situation which can be done at home

Till 4th to 5 th week patient is doing - 
1. Active and passive range motion to at least 90 degree of knee flex ion 
2.hip and ankle passive range of motion

Local examination 
- wound is completely health with no redness / infection / swelling 
- n/h/o fever or any other complaint

Recheck X Ray was not done due so lock down .

Advise valuable suggestion for good recovery and prognosis

Fixation is good and stable 
Continue same physiotherapy for another month 
Toe touch weight bearing with Walker after 6weeks 
Call for review after one month

Oblique paterned Fractured tibia seen. 
Usually tibial fracture is prone to an open fracture because it is a subcutaneous bone so there is higher risk of infection post surgical. 
With this X ray  It seem like remodelling  stage is this.

So i suggest home ambulation, and physiotherapy to facilitate healing
