Post pregnancy shortness of breath

32 year-old female with shortness of breath. She is a lactating mother delivered her child 4 months ago. Usually the shortness of breath occurs at night time during sleep She is a non-smoker in good health, and her pregnancy period has been normal with one episode of mild gestational hypertension. On examination B/l basal crepitation ++ ankle oedema b/l ++ Prakriti pitta Agni is tikshna, Mala- saama baddha mala, Jihva saama. What can be given in such case?

the best remedies are already suggested like arjun ksheerpaka,shtavari ghrita,brahmi or jatamansi for anxiety...and pranayam wud be helpful

does she has any other symptoms. Ventilation in home & her work schedule Should be noted . If she is restless possibly it might be the cause. Steam inhalation everyday with Camphor oil/ Breath easy tabs

Rule out Anemia, have a look of CBC And start with Breathing Exercises like Nadi Shuddhi Pranayam
