Ecg shows dextrocardia See for Chest xray And t inversion from v2 to v6 because of ischemic changes See for 2decho And treatment accordingly

Inverted t wave in chest leads is aphysiological change in ecg due to pregnancy.so except dextrocadia ecg is normal. Xray chest pa view shild xray confirms dx.

ECG .. NSR.. TACHYCARDIA.. NEED'S.. FURTHER EVALUATION WITH EXPERTS OPINION..

Sinus tachycardia. Repeat ECG. Treat anemia

Please check lead placements.

I think it is dextrocardia, as the changes are also reflected in chest leads ,( tall R in V1 and progressively reducing amplitude of R through V6 )

If leads are placed correctly D/d 1 dextrocardia should be r/o by xeay chest 2 rt axis deviation and t inversion in L1 avl and v2v3v4v5v6 RBBB 3 lt ventricukar dyskinesia r/o by 2decho Pt is anaemic needs correction

Right axis deviation Sinus Tachycardia T wave inversion in lead I aVL and V2 to V6 It can be because of Stress Ischaemia Myocarditis Cardiomyopathy Left posterior bundle branch block

Is there dextrocardia, Sir ?

Ecg-Dextrocardia. Advise-1-cbc 2-urine culture and senstivity test and urine complete exam. 3-blood for MP. 4-widal test.if alredy done rpt further. Tt as per reports.

Sinus tachycardia T wave inverted in least V2 tov6 t wave inverted Two things either non specific or myocardial ischemia Rt axis deviation 2 decho

She has Right sided heart...Dexocardia. Non specific T wave changes. In view of her pregnancy Echocardiography is advisable.

Detrocardia with anaemia as loss of appetite her l.f.t do be done ecg changes are combination of pregnancy and anaemia
