It is psoriasis, agree with Dr. Sunil. The haemoglobin content of RBCs is significantly reduced. This results into clinically detectable anemia. Which is due to psoriasis. Advise for the case, thorough Homoeopathic case taking following homoeopathic principles, totality of symptoms formation, repertorisation, refering back to materia Medica for differentiating probable medicines. This disease covered all three miasm psora,sycotic and syphilitic but due to bleeding and angina pectoris and other heart complaints then it's predominancy are sycotic syphilitic phase then you give those medicine which can cover all miasm yaa dominancy covered in sycotic aur syphilitic miasm.
