Post void residual (PVR) of 50 to 100 mL is generally accepted as normal in the elderly. The literature suggests that younger people empty their bladder every 4 to 5 hours and older people empty their bladder every 3 to 4 hours within a 24 hour period... The post-void residual (PVR) urine test measures the amount of urine left in the bladder after urination. The test is used to help evaluate: Incontinence (accidental release of urine) in women and men. Urination problems. An enlarged prostate (benign prostatic hyperplasia, or BPH).

Terms like grade 2, mild have no role in proper diagnosis and treatment.Secondly patient's presentation is as important as reports. With the given report, what is the history and presenting symptoms .Also need examination findings, Uroflowmetry and pecise size of the prostate
