21 years old Male,History of fever since 26 may consulted a doctor and started with Tab.Gudcef cv bd and tab.Dolo tds After 5 days fever is still present and along with chills C/O mild abdominal pain right hypochondriac region. Past H/O pulmonary TB treatment completed(6 years back) Reports attached Kindly let know ur diagnosis

Treated this case as dengue fever and also administered medication for uti and patient is much better. Thank you everyone for your valuable answers

To be checked for renal stone in usg ,and Torch test ,dengue urine culturea and sensitivity. Start with inj Amikacin and Amoxicillin500bd
