Pruritic lesions over the body

Chief complaint A 68 y/o male presents with pruritic and painful rashes. History He was on steroid therapy, IV antibiotics with vancomycin, ciprofloxacin, and piperacillin/tazobactam * 1 week. for pneumonia. He recently discharged from the hospital. 2 days later he came back with a pruritic and painful rashes. Investigations Examination shows multiple vesicular bullous lesions over the face, arms, trunk and oral cavity. Treatment What diagnosis and treatment will you advise?

Drug induced Allergic reaction. Inj Avil 2cc +inj dexona 2cc I'm stat Levocet 5mg bd. Tapering dose of steroid orally. Diclo PCM SOS. Clean area with diluted betadine lotion apply caladryl lotion locally. Antibiotics if needed. Multivitamin and antioxidant orally. Liquid nutritious balanced diet daily.

According to me, it's a Drug Induced Allergic Urticaria, you can give Tab Monkast-L 1bd for Tab Prednisolone 10mg 1 bd All for 5 days For local application give Caladryl lotion 2-3 times a day

Looks like Steven Johnson syndrome Admit immediately for further management with steroids .
