Trigeminal nerve paralysis

Patient has swelling in lower right back region and lower right floor of mouth for 20-25 days ,swelling is hard and grade 2 mobility irt 44 ,45 what is the diagnosis and TT..? pls suggest......

A 46 y/o female presented with a 3-month history of walking difficulty due to worsening knee pain. She was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis 12 years earlier but had received treatment inconsistently. On physical examination, she had nodular swelling and outward bowing of both knees. She had a limited range of motion in her left shoulder and in both wrists and both knees. Anteroposterior radiograph of the knees is shown. Give your diagnosis.

A 65 years old lady known diabetic and hypertensive and under control with allopathic medicines. Came with a history of numbness of both foot from 1 year Now developed diabetic wound on toes as shown in images No pain no discharge Dear Dr.s please suggest treatment and follow up in this case @Dr. Alapati Vijay Kumar

is it satisfactory relocation of fractured bone or it need surgical correction. Please give ur opinion
