Pt.about11yrs old having such polypoid mass filled in both nasal cavitys nasopharynx & oropharynx of and on bleeding from oral ly during coughing unable to take resp.by nose deglutition is hampered hence able to get liquid with difficult y As per attendet history of about one week Appears like angiofibroma?

as pt GC was poor, she was feeling difficulty in deglutition there was a short history, there was no widening of nasal bridge both nasal cavity were packed with polypoid mass pt.having blood Streak in cough hence reffed to medical college hospital

Sir whether A.C.Polyp may create difficulty in deglutition ? Pt condition is deterioting she is having cough off &on with blood stained sputam history given by attended is also Very short

patient is female.age?angiofiroma in both nasal cavities?is there widening of nasal bridge,hypertelorism?CT PNS.in angiofiroma typical history is unprovoked torrential bleeds.antrochoanal polyp is a possibilit.at times AC polyps have such appearance due to metaplasia

what about chest findings?was she not investigated? massive polyp can affect deglutition.any cardiac abnormality? was nasal endoscopy, IDL/videolaryngoscopy done.X ray /CT chest.blood stained sputum is unlikely with polyp.missing something else.by this time should have an idea of what you are dealing with.a deteriorating patient is an ominous sign.refer to a higher centre.
