B/L KNEE PAIN AND LBA STANDING POSITION OCCASIONALLY,AGE ABOUT 70 YEARS FEMALE

40 years female patient with poly arthritis specifically backache knee pain with stiffness unable to stand straight .having these complaints since last 2 years. which investigations still needed. what is the diagnosis treatment and prognosis.

46 yrs female mild abdominal pain...dysurea....when..urine come fast..at that time fill better....but urine one time not full urination...3 to 4 time when go...than bladder empty..filling....since 15 days.....irregular menses..meneses come before a time last 3 month...CBC normal...create normal..BP.. normal..sugar..normal.....usg as follows...how can manage this case.pls suggest. and diagnosis pls.for cyst management suggest...@Dr. Shivraj Agarwal

45 yrs female...weight...40 kg...severe back pain..knee pain...weak....anemic..loss of appetite since 2 month...no htn.dm....due to weakness she can't able to walk...2 min....BP 110.70.....she walk with support.....pt conditions economically very poor....pls suggest how can manage this case.@Dr. Shivraj Agarwal

age - 27 years c/o- stiffness of both lower limb,sweeling over both thigh just above the knee.pain ,reduce movement, o/e-sensation normal,power decrease,reflux normal,no hypertrophy. temp- normal bp-normal p.r-78/min cvs-n a a s rs-clear h/o-dengue before 15 days. but now episode of fever before 4 days diarrhea before 3 days now subside... hb-7.9 other reports normal pls....help to solve this case
