Pt age about 32 years No history of Sugar and High BP .No family history .. suffering from pain and weakness in RT hand fingers , unable to hold pain or any object.. since 2 years .. increasing day by day. Hardness in RT lower limb .. since 6 month...no improvement after physiotherapy and treatment. NCV report normal... diagnosis and treatment..Sir ..

CT brain and nerve conduction studies to be done

MRI brain, nerve conduction studies. Tab gabapentin 100 and nortip 10 both HS. X 7 Cap meconerv forte OD x 15days

H/o smoking? Raynaud's / Buerger's to be excluded after MRI cervical spine to exclude cervico brachial compressive neuropathy.
