Case for Diagnosis and treatment

Pt age about 51 years pre-diabetes .HT . obese SpO2 92% suffering from fever, cough and cold since 4 days ...in 6 months tendancy of off and on fever cough and cold , nasal block SpO2 never above 96,% History of snoring and sleep apnea. Other vitals are normal In executive health check up all the parameters were normal on 13 th March 2021 .. Diagnosis and management please.

Rt apical inflitration lymphopenia and hyperinflation suggestive of viral infection. RT -PCR TEST AND protocols of COVID pandemic must be followed till prove otherwise.

Obese with fever cough and cold X Ray chest shows hyperinflation suggestive of emphysema WBC count shows lymphopenia, it is suggestive of viral infection To rule out Covid 19

COPD emphysema with acute exacerbation sec to bacterial vs viral etiology. Needs further evaluation
