Pt aged 60 yrs,having dry,perchment like skin changes over Dorsum of both foot since 20 days.He changed his footwear 1 Mo back. Please diagnose & advice treatment

I am treating it as ACD with Sec.Tenia infection,giving oral Itriconazole ,L/A of Antifungal + steroid cream & oral antihistamines.But Pt is not a K/C/O DM & not having itching.

ACD with Onychomycosis Avoid footwear used,use cotton wear Tab Terbenafine 250mg OD×8weeks Tab Flucanazole 150 mg once in a week×8 Keep foot dry & clean Ketaconazole dusting powder to use Tab Fexofenadine+Montelucast (120+10mg) BD×4weeks Tab Prednisolone 30mg OD followed by tappering doses Clobetasol Salicylic acid ointment to apply locally Multivitamin Maintain personal hygiene..
