45 year female n/o of htn nd dm c/o generalized edema*2months past history -nad plz help for diagnosis nd rx

Kindly Diagnose A 10yrs old girl H/O fever 15days ago Taken local treatment then suddenly it starts. No history of smoking and any other activities like this Kindly suggest the best way to treat it and also suggest needed investigations

40 yo male. With the above skin changes affecting left arm and shoulder only. Started as purpuric bruise like then evolved into current presentation. Other atraumatic “bruises” appear and eventually evolve into hypopigmented, non-pruritic, hairless lesions as pictured in various stages of evolution. Lesions have diminished sensation to touch, pressure, and temperature. No spontaneous resolution. Entire left arm and joints ache and at times is painful. Also of note the large patch at the base of the thumb is thickend and creates tight skin impairing thumb flexion I am unsure of DDX or how to move forward. Thoughts?

50M,lesions since 1 year. Itching and burning sensation present. Not much hx known. Differentials?

50yr/f,pain and swelling in both hand finger from 2yr.I m giving ciproflox500 bd,wysolone10mg OD,zerodol SP bd since 7 days.but improvement not seen.plz tell me the diagnosis and treatment.
