This is simple viral conjunctivitis. Check for preauricular lymphadenopathy. Treatment 1. Hygiene 2. Eye drop moxifloxacin 0.5%QID 3. Eye drop CMC 0.5 %QID check for flouroscein stain and corneal sensations . Can have an element of keratoconjunctivitis

viral cunjuctivitis rx local application of acyclovir eye ointment, moxifloxacin eye drop to check secondary infection, topical ketrolac eye drop. Systemic antihistamine sos. .helpful. .

Left eye acute iridocyclitis . Rx : steroid with antibiotic e/drops 1 and half hourly to be tapered every few days & to be continued for nearly 40 days. Atropine e/drops 1percent tid for 3 weeks. Oral Nsaids . Oral steroids sos in tapering doses. Dark glasses

Steroid! Anti helmenthic medications. Sir please give a rationale for the same. Such rampant use of steroids is non indicated conditions is the reason for glaucoma and cataract

Viral conjunctivitis. Self limiting most of the times. Topical antibiotic to prevent secondary infection, topically antihistamine if itching is present, lubricants. NSAIDS systemically if pain is associated. Topical steroids are to be considered only when there is Corneal involvement /conjunctival reaction not subsiding even afterwards 10 days to 2 weeks

Viral conjunctivitis most probably.. Just look for clarity of cornea and also rule out ant chamber cells or flare if any.. Start moxifloxacin eyedrop hrly today then taper to 6/day..
