A 45 year old male patient reported with the problem of difficulty in eating food due to burning mouth.. He has history of chewing pan 5 times a day since 5 years and smoking beedis 2bundles in a day since 6 years. Presently he is on medication for Bone Tuberculosis since 3 months . Kindly suggest the line of treatment for oral white lesions and burning mouth

No medications she is taking I had prescribed her turbocort for the lesion along with chlorhexidiene mouthwash 0.12% . But still the lesion exists.
