A 45 year old male patient reported with the problem of difficulty in eating food due to burning mouth.. He has history of chewing pan 5 times a day since 5 years and smoking beedis 2bundles in a day since 6 years. Presently he is on medication for Bone Tuberculosis since 3 months . Kindly suggest the line of treatment for oral white lesions and burning mouth

No other symptoms No h/o dm htn copd etc No past medical and family history He is good active O/e Vital normal Cvs ns nad Mild paller Oral thrush tounge and both side Dental cavity for molar teeth Good appitite but intake of liqued food items Urine stool normal. Blood report attached Rx dx

A 50 year old pt complains of burning sensation and irritation in her jaws. No history of any habits. No systemic problems. No medications she is taking I had prescribed her turbocort for the lesion along with chlorhexidiene mouthwash 0.12% . But still the lesion exists. What is the differential diagnosis?? is a swab needed in this case? what medication is needed
