Provisional Diagnosis . Squamous cell carcinoma of alveolus irt 44, 45 and 46 region. Get OPG and incisional biopsy done for confirmation.

Suggestive of squamous cell carcinoma, refer to oral pathologist for biopsy. Thanks

Dd---Well differentiated case of SCC involving alveolar bone and floor of mouth... Palpate the lymph nodes... Investigations---opg, CECT(contra enhanced computed tomography), Incisonal biopsy, pet scan to detect metastasis Rx likely to be Surgical removal with flap Radiotherapy

Appreance seems carcinoma.just give symptomatic treatment and do an opg if possible,if radiographic appreance seems carcinoma better to refer to higher centre

Differntial diagnosis of SCC definately. Confirm with biopsy
