Any history of fever? It is hyperplasia of filiform papillae and fissured tongue. Pt to be instructed to clean tongue with his tooth brush and maintain hygiene. Nutrition to be improved. Follow up for 3 months. Pl post
Candidiosis. Poor oral hygiene. Mouth rinses and oral hygiene instructions. Candid topical lotion.
