Myasthenia gravis i think this can be treated as ardita. nasya with netraparpan can be done. sammirpannag rasa dashamool or bala kwath lahsunkalp
Causticum 10 m one dose
Rx 1.cap Ashwagandha 2 BS 2.Tab Turmeric 1BD 3.Oil - Ulndhu thailam for external only Follow up for 20days
Rx Syp vitacal_D 2 TSF BD PC Tab Evion 200 mg 1 OD X 10 days, Tab Nicip plus 1 OD X Sos
