pt. suffering knee pain from last three years. T/T given pain relief tab.oit.calcium sup. Pragabili

spot dx. 12 year old pt complaining from constipation and abd.diatensio.

26/y/o female with itching and dryness of hands. On repeated use of moisturiser and coconut oil only it gives some relief for a short while but then again aggravates on washing hands. She is pitta kapha prakriti and has madhyama agni. No h/o any systemic disease or skin problem. Suggest what should be done?
