Rt opaque hemithorax possibly secondary to massive pleural effusion with mediastinal shift towards contralateral side.

Massive pleural effusion in right side pushing mediastinum to left and compromising left lung

Huge right sided pleural effusion with mediastinal shift to the opposite side.
