50 years female complaining of burning black patches on both hands and neck, legs since 3 weeks. She is chronic alcoholic since 30 years. Past history of same illness since 3 years.

Day 1 baby with these skin lesion. Baby is otherwise normal. Is it APLASIA CUTIS CONGENITA. If is so, then what to do now??

just delivered 35 wks neonate present with apnea . active resuscitation done , weak respiration start but after minute another attack of apnea.in less than hour he passed away. O/E bilateral club foot ,dysmorphic face, micrognathia, undescended testis. Mother had Toxoplasmosis. another 2 siblings previously were died after delivery. your impressions?

35wks,polyhydrioamnios,(2.5lit),labor pains , cord Aries around and .Lscs done. Apgar2/10. Heart stopped after 1/2 hr. what could be the problem ?
