46 years old male with history of fever since last 20 days All investigations including CBC Salmonella typhi antibodies and widal test . Urine for zr/Examination LFT are Normal . Comments on X- ray welcomed - although there is an artifact on right side - a shadow of light

CP angles are not visible. Fever since 3 weeks, Evaluate as PUO protocol. RV, blood culture ASO CRP ESR Peripheral blood smear study. Throat Swab for SARS cov 2 RT PCR.
