No itching & Burning, 45 Y/M no h/o DM, HTN with normal CBC, RBS. Presented with red rashes lower limb only. Please Dx and Rx

Vasculopathy Purpura. Rehydrate skin by applying moisturizer or emollient lotion locally. Tapering dose of steroid orally. Keep the area clean and covered. Multivitamin and antioxidant orally.

Purpura pigmentosa progressiva. It's a chronic discoloration of the skin found in people of all ages, usually only affecting the feet, legs or thighs or a combination.. No established therapy. Corticosteroid.. Oral cyclosporine.. Phototherapy.
