Pyogenic granuloma?

Chief Complaint A 25 y/o female came with the complaint of this lesion of 3 month duration. Initially the lesion was small and then gradually started increasing in size. History She was pregnant when the lesions started but did not resolve after delivery. Diagnosis My diagnosis is pyogenic granuloma. Treatment Advise management.

Clinical picture and history is very suggestive of pyogenic granuloma. I would advise careful surgical excision and a biopsy to confirm the same.
