A 32 yr male patient a teacher.. came to me c/o- blurred vision after getting up after sleep on a holiday at 5pm He told that his hand was pressed over his rt eye for some time... on examination I found bleeding in anterior chamber that is HYAPHEMA.. which is insidious with no history of trauma... pt is non diabetic non alcoholic non smoker no any other major illness... Hyaphema is resolved totally in 2 hrs without any treatment... After sending him for expert opinion he found to have rt eye is amblyopic and small posterior pole cataract... He is using spects regularly... Iop was lt eye 12 rt eye 13.. Fundoscopy is normal... No evidence of neo vascularization.. No evidence of malignancy or any growth No evidence if glaucoma But worry is that spontaneous Hyaphema is happened 3 times in a year and resolved spontaneously.. And the cause is when he sleep taking his hand over his eye... What's the cause of SPONTANEOUS HYAPHEMA... IS IT SERIOUS... PATIENT IS FINE BUT ANXIOUS TO KNOW WHAT'S TGE CAUSE... WHY IT HAPPENS WITH SLEEPING HABIT... PLS PLS ELABORATE... THANKS... U MUST ZOOM TO SEE HEMORRHAGE IN ANTERIOR CHAMBER... AN INTERESTING CASE...

Left dorsal foot wound. Started as small non raised red areas and petechia. Progressed to bruised area minus open area when she went to ER. Three doctors saw it and could not identify cause or toe of wound. Wound open up in center since being in ER. She is current home care patient with other non healing wounds on right leg. (They don't look anything like this). Right leg recently positive for pseudomonas and staph. Receiving antibiotic treatment for that during dialysis. Minimal drainage. Current treatment is #Mupirocin cream and dry gauze. Any ideas on what caused this?
