Yes correct ans is C But truly stating all three group are predisposing Pt of copd on continuous 02 by nasal canula is equally at risk of pneumonia and pt recovering post abdominal surgery is less likely in younger age group but old age are equally predisposed

C RSV orRespiratory syncytial virus infection is very common contagious virus that causes infection of respiratory tract and human orthopneumovirus Most patients recover in a week or two, but RSV can be serious specially in infants and older people

I feel answer should be A .  Age 53 is in favour of developing pneumonia & abdominal surgery leads to reduce FRC of lungs
