Patient N, 12 yr old male, has been diagnosed with Malaria. His mother is worried that his current management of anti-malarials is not enough, given that her niece suffered a long hospital stay when she too was diagnosed with malaria. P. falciparum is responsible for (almost) all severe human illnesses and deaths due to malaria, in a condition called complicated or severe malaria. Complicated malaria occurs more commonly in children.

SUGGESTIVE. OF P.....FALCIPARUM.... ....IS. RESPONSIBLE....FOR SEVERE. COMPLICATED. MALARIA.... AND. IS. RESPONSIBLE. FOR. MAXIMUM....MALARIA. RELATED. DEATHS

Plasmodium Falciperum can cause some time complications.. But in the blood pereperal smear investigation would for sure diffenciate the paracyte. It is easily manageable as indoor patient.

Plasmodium falciparum malaria is notorius for tremandous death due to its complications and maximum stay in hospital if not treated timely.

Falciparum malaria may cause cerebral malaria. It is also resistant to many antimalarials. It also has many complications.

Falciparum causes malignant malaria cause of most most severe human symptoms
