32 years female complaining dark coloured patches both cheeks itching and burning sensation what is the diagnosis? treatment?

3yr old male child c/0 black dot on skin after any bite such as mosquito ,after bite there papule developed then it gets infected becos of itching ,scab developed and it turns black then so there are multiple black dots all over upper and lower limbs

itching and rashes all over body since 3 yrs rashes increases after bite of mosquito kindly suggest diagnosis

14 year girl got treated for skin hyper pigmentation. as a part, undergone virechana with Itchabhedi rasa. after taking itchabhedi, she developed sheets pitta later, part of face turned black. is it hypersensitiveness towards medicine or complications of virechana? how to manage it?
