Mr. N took the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine today. Approximately how long after his 2nd dose will he be considered fully/sufficiently protected?

Since 1st dose has set in process of antibody production which is somewhat more than 50% and increased further after 2nd dose giving sensitivity well above 90%after2 weeks of 2nd dose hence he can be considered protected

A is the right answer .Afer 28 days optimum level of antibodies will be there and he will in safe zone .
