At age 30 usually women has completed her family in india and comes with frequent c/o discharge or bleeding p/v needs to assess gynaecological PAP smear is earliest and easiest modality to prevent cervical cancers which are most common .
pap smear routinely should be done after the age of 35 initially every year for first 3 years if all 3 are negative than every 3 yearly

Women between 21 to 29. Year of age should have Pap test every 3rd year For age of 30 to 65 should have hpv and pap every 5 year
After 39years pap smear should be done for earliest diagn of CA cx as after this age women usually have complain of veg discharge so yearly pap is useful
