The correct answer is, "Patient with a history of epilepsy complaining of allergic rhinitis" should not be prescribed cetirizine

Cetirizine may precipitate epilepsy.

Avoid in epilepsy

Avoid in lactating mother, because larger doses or prolonged use may cause drowsiness and side effects in the infant or decrease milk supply.

Better to avoid Cetirizine in lactating mothers as it is can induce excessive sleep in infants
