30 yrs old female came to hospital with complaints of weakness and numbness left hand since 20 days.history of intra muscular injection taken at local practitioner for other reasons followed by patient developed above sign and symptoms..on examination unable to extend at wrist joint No previous conmorbidies.. NCT done.. management..?

Need to know, why was the injection taken? Need to rule out vascular injury/ focal stroke. Weaknee only over radial nerve distribution or involve other areas supplied by brachial plexus too. If after ruling out, found to be radial nerve injury. Confirm with NCV study Once confirmed, reassurance is the key Physiotherapy Tab. Neurobion forte OD/ optineuron TAB. GABAPENTIN/ pregabalin

Nerve injury due to injection puncture give tablet pregabalin 75 mg BD and methylcobalamin 1500 OD dose give contrast fomentation and wait for two to three months it will cure.
