Radial tear of medial meniscus, Osteochondritis and parameniscal cyst

Patient reported to clinic with severe pain on weight bearing and 0 degree of flexion of knee. Along with antalgic gait. Followed the RICE protocol and for 3days now patient is able to walk and knee flexion is around 60 degrees. Kindly suggest further management for complete rehab. History No history of trauma is there. Diabetes mellitus (+ve) Hypertensive (+ve)



Look like a little old person Meniscal tears are degenerative Meniscal cyst plus May benefit from arthroscopic meniscal balancing Excision of the cyst Manipulation under anaesthesia may help Orthopaedic evaluation
